Refund / Returns Requests
Here at BeautiQ our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
BeautiQ accepts refund / return requests if it was related to one of the below conditions:
- Damaged product (eg. Ripped, Sewing Issues, or any manufacturer defects)
- Products weren’t delivered after 40 days of placing an order
- Receiving wrong products ( BeautiQ Error)
- If the product didn't meet your expectations or you didn't like any of the received items
For conditions above, BeautiQ has the full right to reject the refund or return request after reviewing tall inputs provided regarding the case (if it turns out to be a customer caused issue or if it turned out to be that the product is consumed or was used by the customer).
Refund or return requests shall be requested within 3 days of the delivery of your order. BeautiQ may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.
To place a refund / return request for an order placed with BeautiQ , you would need to contact BeautiQ via email at email@example.com. Please have your order number available and provide reasons and pictures for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days and we will notify you via email of the results. If the refund or return request was approved by BeautiQ , you will need to ship the items to an address that will be included in the notification email (all charges related to reshipping shall be handled by the Customer). Once the items are received to our facilities, we will start processing your refund or return request. Payments are refunded as follows:
Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods.
PayPal payments will be refunded within two (2) business days
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
